Screen flickering , because its cold ?

Now when it get colder in germany the headunit is flickeeing sometimes its better when the Temperature in the car is higher its more less flickering.
I check the cable but looks ok. I seems to get more flicker day for day .

when show the Problem of flickering at another hu but in my hu i dont find a screw for solving the Problem .

Have anyone also this Problem?
