After FW update, no apps download

Hi

I updated the FW of my EU-JY-UOS03N4G (ordered july 2019) and now I cant download apps
in Google Play. I get the message, that it is awaiting download, and that continues to stay.

I have confirmed that I DO have internet connection in Chrome.
I have tried to use the Internet connection on my phone via Wi-Fi

do you mean showing the "download pending" when you download on the google play store?

Yes it shows, "download pending"

You need to clear the cache. we need to send you processes. please show us your email address.

I solved the problem.
First I cleared cache, it didnt work,
then I deleted my google account on the device and installed the google account.
That worked so updates and installing in Googleplay works again
