TF (micro sd card) 32 gig not sen by car DVR

is there a max size or even a brand we have to use for this software to work... i have joying cam and the cam works but when pressing the record it says can not access TF card.

Resolved...... The SD card goes INTO the camera and not the Android BOX..... this is how they restrict usage to there camera and this is why we cant use standard usb cams....
