hi

i just installed the unit JY-VO131N4G in vw from 2014. i am testing the unit now. the first thing, that is not how it should be: i am driving without touching anything an on the unit pops up the image for parking sensors (car in the middle). it happens quite a lot. what is the problem here?

Hi Peter2233,

I had same issue. Joying support informed me to check this setting which was a fix.

How ever, for a couple of days i have been wondering why LCD is not responding to any touch occasionally? Today i noticed there is a X-sign on bottom left which is most likely for closing this same parking image manually? That time when X sign is visible LCD does not accept any touches.

Maybe Joying support can take a look at this issue?

I have the same  problem every time i switch on ignition key EU-JY-VO131N4G latest 2019.5.15 update
No reverse camera installed
