I'm having a problem with my stereo JY-UMS02N2.


When a time passes without starting the car the stereo restarts and loses all the configuration. The stereo is like when it came from the factory. I checked that the cable of 12 v that goes to the yellow cable of the stereo I have the suitable tension, and it is all well.

Which may be?
