i can charge my phone (Android) only so i know it has power but when i switch to any other mode usb mode will not connect to head unit. i even tried the Easy connect software that came with the head unit ... it tells me i have illegal software and to contact my supplier
what am i missing ?

Newest OS Software is installed.
When starting Easy Connection , it says something like " Not registered. please contact Customer service"
What do i have to do?
it says: ID: "Android_5a49" in the lower right corner.

4GB/64GB 9853 head unit cannot support the easy-link function.
