Trying to install this in my Toyota. The Canbus In and Out wires were plugged in to each other right out of the box. SO I left it alone. WHen I got the deck installed, it beeps and goes to the phone app. Any button pressed it goes right back to the phone app. Also, I can't map any of the steering wheel buttons nor does my back up camera work anymore. I've triple checked all my connections and everything looks good. What am I missing?

My model is JY-TO160N4GS-1.

Maybe you need to go to the control app and program the buttons?

Mine had them wired together as well which I think is wrong but I left them that way. I don't have that problem though.
