My head unit has hardware buttons and one of them is "Source." Clicking the button would cycle through radio, phone, Bluetooth, music, and etc. For music I want to switch to Google Play Music for which I have a subscription. Is it possible to change the default player?

Sorry that it can not be changed.
Fortunately I can still use Google Assistant to start playing music.
