ELM 327 OBD2 device which totally pairing with my iPhone, doesn't want to pair with my joying unit. When I tried to link it in Bluetooth app its showing "Fail". Is it possible that joying Bluetooth 5.1 cant be paired with Bluetooth 4.0 LE ?

Please try to connect the OBD2 with Bluetooth 5.1

I think you have to connect it within the app/program, ie Torque
