i recently purchased an external joying dvd player. i had purchased a 10.1 joying head unit previously. model JY-VQD10N4G-DA. today i went to install it to my head unit. i plugged it in to the usb cord that is plugged into the back of head unit. i read that the head unit would automatically recognize the dvd player. it didn't recognize the player. is there some software that i have to download to head unit? how do i get it to work ?
