I have email the info and support address at Joying and got no response. Are these addresses active?

I’m interested in the new 10.1 or maybe 11.6 hard units and need to know how what connectors I need. Do these head units come with iso connectors? Do I need to buy a Nissan Patrol GU7 2010 (my car) to iso to make it work? Thanks.
