I have a joying JY-HQ162N4G and I can’t get the Bluetooth to work at all. I tried a couple of different phones to connect. None of them would connect and do not even recognize the head unit. The phones were iPhones. I can plug in and use CarPlay, but Bluetooth will not connect with or without my iPhone plugged in to the head unit.
I found a video of a similar head unit doing exactly what mine is doing.
