Every time I have to wait for 10 minutes before I can create a new post or a reply, after a previous reply.
I can imagine you do this to stop SPAMming, but 10 minutes is way too long. (I just checked it: it is 600 seconds).
Please make it 3 minutes or so (and actually I even consider that too long).
Short answers are writen within 1-2 minutes.
Having to wait another 10 minutes (minus the 1-2 minutes for the answer) to be able to post that as a new (2nd or 3rd or 4th) reply makes this forum unattractive to ue.

The Forum is dead anyway. Nobody will be helped here, if you look at 95% of unsolved threads here.
So whether you have to wait 10 minutes to not help, or 3 minutes, doesn't matter.
