Hi @all,
at first, I've got the following unit:
Joying 4GB/64GB Android 8.1 HD IPS 1280*720 Screen Car GPS Navigation Single Din DSP Radio
SKU: EU-JY-UOS02N4GS-H
It has android 8.1.0 installed and Firmware is:
APP 1280x720 2020-06-23 09:44:56
System 2020-06-22 21:43:10 Monday
MCU 2020.04.03 09:51:11 JY_53_C63L_G23P48F64_Ver:1.0
Now, I've got the problem, I cannot talk via Bluetooth. The caller can hear me, but I only hear peep, peep, peep.... and so on...
My mobile device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Android 9 installed.
Is it possible to update to Android 10? Or is there a newer Firmware, which I can install to solve the Problem?
I cannot find my installed firmware version on these link: https://www.joyingauto.com/blog/category/updated-files-released/
The newest version there is older than mine? Can this be?

Sorry, your head unit can not be updated to the android 10.0. your head unit also has been the newest version. no any files for updated now.
