Joying unit PX5 and OBD problem

Hi!
I can't pair my new OBD adaptor ( OBDLINK MX) with the Joying unit!?
It will find it but it don't allow me to pair it.
I did buy earlier an obd2 adaptor from Joying but this adaptor is version 2.1.
It don't have the needed protocol for ford/jaguar SAE J1850 PMW.

Is the bluetooth module locked for only this version of joying obd2 adapter?
How shall I proceed?

Could you please send the screenshot of your "about device" on your head unit? we need to check.

There is also another issue concerning Bluetooth pairing.
The obd adaptor v.2.1 from joying does pairing but it does not find my ecut as I told before,
but when it's paired it does not turn to green from white at all?!!
My mobile phone when pairing turns the ok from white to green.
Is that a problem or what?

Do you mean that the head unit was purchased from Joying or from other sellers?

Yes the unit and the ODB adapter is bought from Joying throug Alliexpress!

May I know whether your OBD2 never work after you install the head unit?
Do you mean that the OBD2 was purchased very earlier than the head unit?

Hi!
Joying obd2 was bought the same time than the unit.
I made a video of the procedure. Can I send it to you somehow?
The obd version 2,1 does not include the needed protocol for ford/jaguar SAE J1850 PMW.
Therefore it can't connect to the ecu.
The other adapter OBDLINK MX works ok with my phone but Joying unit don't pair it.

The only pairing that turns to green in your unit (paired) is my phone.
