How to do a factory reset JY-UQ139N4G

Like the title goes.....
How to do it? I can't even find the option.
There is a setting called factory but it's asking for pin.

I'm having major issues with my unit.
Google maps wont work. It starts with the correct location but then freezes. No gps speed data nor does the arrow move. Also I can't download any apps.
So I think the device can't access the internet for whatever reason.
So maybe a FR will restor functionality ?

Try 3368 for the login code. But, you don't need a factory reset if: 1) you have not installed a 4g sim with data service; 2) If you have installed a 4g sim, you may only have a limited data plan which will cause it to slow down when you reach or exceed your data limit and stop altogether when you exceed your data limit, and if so, you need to change to an unlimited plan; 2) your data signal is too weak to stream; 3) your data is turned off - swipe down from the top and make sure data is on. You can also turn your wifi and bluetooth on and off. I would try all of these before a factory reset. No need to go nuclear unless there are no other options.
