Hello,
I purchased a 9853i Joying unit from you some months ago, I have used these units for years and this is the first time I have had problems getting the steering wheel controls to work, the unit will not recognise the steering wheel at all, I purchased a separate connects2 adapter for the unit to work with my car but it will still not work.

Could you please offer a solution or do I have a faulty unit? I have also emailed support asking the same question.
