System freezes when USB drive attached

I have a USB flash drive filled with music plugged into the external USB slot of my JY-HQS01N4G-2. Whenever I start the car with this drive already connected, the system freezes for about 1 minute, then it says "External Storage Devices Are Being Installed!" Waiting 1 minute to use the radio every time I start the car is very annoying, is there a way to fix this?
