In the center of the screen you have this vertical divider. Tap, hold and drag it to left or right (depending on left or right half still active). This will make the still active application again full-screen.
This is not a Joying bug, but an app/Android short-coming.

You are on the August firmware. There is a newer 17 September firmware on the Joying blog.
Whether it will help solving the 4G issue, I don't know.

Thanks for your tutor about exiting from split screen, will try soon

Following are the notes for the update:
1) You need to unzip the updated files on the Windows system. and then copy all the unzipped files (not the folder )  to the USB, which is formatted as FAT32.
and then insert it into the USB port which on the back of the head unit, it will be updated automatically.

2) Please do not unzip the files on the USB.

3) You better use the 32GB or less than 32GB USB.

I have done exactly what you told me what to do, format usb storage with fat32, uncompress the downloaded file, copy them to usb.

here the result

what should I do ?

Now I cant turn off the unit even if I turn off the car key
