No audio from FM while driving.

Hello,

i have the following problem on my unit (JY-HOS01N4GS-1): FM is working fine when the car is not moving. But as soon as i start driving i lose the frequency like driving in a tunnel. And if i use the seach function i cant find anything. When i stop the car it goes back to normal! Any idea? Car is Alfa Romeo 4c. And the software is update.

Have you chosen the right date and time?
You also need to set the right setting on the radio app. such as "country setting/Auto sens/RDS On." details please check the attachment.
