Firmware update instructions

I have a Joying model JY-UOS02N4GS. I see on the Blog that there is a firmware update available for my unit (https://www.joyingauto.com/blog/category/updated-files-released/). I downloaded the update but cannot find any instructions on how to install. I've searched the blog as well as this forum. Can someone provide a link to the instructions for updating firmware?

If you facing any issues due to frontier mail login or password reset or change password we can follow the following step can resolve it easily with no longer:

1. Go to the password reset page of Frontier mail.
2. Verify your account by providing your phone number/secondary email.
3. You will receive a verification code.
4. Then set up a new password for your Frontier account.
5. Now, use the new password to sign in.
