Headunit Update Error

Hi.

My headunit model no JY-VO131N4GS

Google services not working a while ago. I texted the seller. (Aliexpress Joying Official Store-Seller)
Seller has sent update files. Please look photo;



I did Firmware Update but mcu update failed. Later, the device became completely unusable.



There is a green strip on the screen. Functions do not work. Not reset to factory settings. Canbus is not working.
There is no change when I press the reset button. I think the seller sent the wrong file. I am in a very difficult situation right now. I am a doctor and I cannot use my vehicle. The device is always on and the vehicle's battery has drained.








What can I do ?
