I can't connect to Bluetooth
#1
I'm using joying 10.25, but I can't connect to Bluetooth anymore.

Even if you reset or restart it, it will not work, and even if you enter the Bluetooth device name and password, it will be blank.

How can I solve it?

Pleae send your screenshot of "about device" on your head unit.
Your head unit comes with the old UI or new UI?

I think it's an old type. It is described as Android OS VER 8.0.
I have attached a photo about my device.

You can try to flash with this file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Q8bYKKu1NUx27NX_NN5G5CioqKgpi5wl

Following are the notes for the update:
1) You need to unzip the updated files on the Windows system.and then copy all the unzipped files (not the folder ) to the USB, which is formatted as FAT32.
and then insert it into the USB port which on the back of the head unit, it will be updated automatically.

2) Please do not unzip the files on the USB.

3) You better use the 32GB or less than 32GB USB.

Thank you for your advice.

We have downloaded it and are currently updating it. However, it takes time to delete the flash memory.

How long does it take to update?

The advice was given for Android OS ver9, but can it be Android OS ver10?
