No navigation announce

Hello
Since days I have bought 11.6 "Joing JY-UQS11N6G with Android 10. When I start radio apk then no announcements come with naviegieren. Radio becomes quieter but no sound from navigation. I tried Google Maps, iGO and Sygic but comes no sound. Maybe someone has the solution.
