Monitor blocked

I have the Joying 7" 1 DIN radio JY-UQS03N4G-B-DA purchased a few weeks ago. It always worked fine.
Today the LCD is blinking between the setup application and won't come out.
I can hear music, turning the gear on, activates the camera, but I can't access other applications.
I've already turned off the battery power for a few minutes.
I've also reset the button, but the problem remains.

Ever get this fixed? I'm having what sounds like same problem (being discussed in this other post here for anyone interested)...
