JY-HQ153N4G-B Random Touch Problem

I've a JY-HQ153N4G-B that I installed 8 months ago.
The touch screen keeps registering random touch. It's becoming unusable.
While you're navigating it keeps jumping to different places and moving the map.
If playing audio it keeps going to different tracks randomly.

I already tried the front reset and the reset behind the screen but it still behaves the same way.
What do I need to do ? Can the screen be replaced ?
